Admin-Audit: the audit system for cellular operator companies

Functionality:

1. Matching CDRs and billing system's database. System generates various detailed and consolidated reports on differences in number and duration between actual and rated calls, discrepancy analysis, scripts for fixing difference etc.
   
2. Checking of billing system's calculations. This function recalculates and checks all call's tariffing results and generates various analysis reports.
3. Settlements with other operators. System generates data files and invoices for settlements with other telecommunications operators using CDRs.
   
4. Checking other operators invoices. Invoices received from other operators are matched with CDRs to find differences in number and duration of calls. Detailed and consolidated reports are generated.
   
5. Checking interop tariffing. This function check calculations in other operator's invoices.

The system is implemented in two distinct variants: using Oracle and using its own internal database.

Version with internal database does not require availability of expensive commercial  database server and is very fast. For example, all calculations for 1 day for a company with  5,000,000 subscribers require 2-4 hours on regular PC.

The system is well-designed, easily customizable, provides many control parameters and tables. All calculations are performed using program in JavaScript extended with a library of application-specific functions, so the customer may change any of the algorithms without the need to  appeal to developers.

The system supports different file formats for information exchange.
